- In the intestine, the matrix will be emulsified and hydrolyzed by liver and pancreatic   secretions and the intact acids will be liberated in a non-dissociated form.
- 70% organic acids can arrive in the end of small intestine and large intestine to   inhibit/ kill pathogens.
- Lower the intestinal pH
- Maintain the acidification in the whole gut

Piglet feed :
